(Homefirst) will participate in the Generosity Series 5K Walk/Run at Oak Ridge Park in Clark and hopes to raise at least $10,000, all of which will be used to continue to provide housing and wraparound support services to families that are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless.
“Homefirst is excited to participate in the Generosity 5K Walk/Run for the third consecutive year. Our event participants include members of our board of trustees, staff and volunteers who are all committed to raising dollars that will support our mission of developing innovative solutions to end homelessness in Union County,” said Laurethea Kidd, Homefirst’s Acting Executive Director. “And we’re still recruiting more walkers and runners.”
