As a 15-year old high school student, he started young at age 11, giving back to his community and making sure children had the advantages of starting the school year right with the necessary supplies to be successful in class.
Daniel says, “I feel honored to be recognized by Homefirst for helping other kids get the supplies they need to start the school year off right. I’m grateful to the many people in our community who donate each year. Receiving this award makes me realize the difference I can make in the community. I started this as an 11-year old, and now as a high school student, it feels amazing to continue to make an impact.”
Thank you Daniel Serna for being a Homefirst Hero!
